Private yoga classes offer one–on–one instruction and are tailored to each student’s individual needs.
Private Yoga sessions allow clients to learn, deepen, and refine their awareness of postures, as well as developing an understanding of their body’s specific needs. Additionally, clients will learn how to move safely and effectively while practicing yoga. Great for new students, those working with injuries, or an experienced practitioner looking to deepen their practice.
Paul will conduct each session at the clients preferred location.
